Every second of every day you are in a state of being, whether positive or negative. The more times you spend frustrated and sad the more negative things attach to you. While the more time you spend living in the state of joy and goodness the more positive things you bring into your lives.
So focus on your state right, are you happy? Are you spending your days in joy? If not start with gratitude. It will shift your energy and you will begin to feel good about yourself and things you already have and enjoy. If things aren’t working out and you find yourself frustrated – it’s a signal that you are doing something wrong. It’s a signal that you are holding on too tightly. Let go and see the magic happen!
