You have the Power

Indeed it is not easy. Not easy to be happy when the circumstances seem to be against you. Not easy when your days leave you tired, with only little to look forward to. Not easy when you feel stuck in your life, when you feel suffocated. Not easy indeed.

But you know, you can change that.
You have the power to change your present circumstances. You know that, right?
Start with your thoughts. Imagine and think of your perfect conditions as frequently as possible. Think often, think hard and let your thoughts influence your actions. Because it is in these small actions that one plants the seed of high achievement.

Your tiny steps will set the momentum for greater action on your part. And the more you act the easier it will be for you to continue. You will have built great habits and your actions will soon become somewhat automatic. Great habits yield great destinies.

Be mindful of the choices you make, the actions you take.
Are they in sync with what you really want?

Of course, things are hard. Well, they are always going to be. But you have to be stronger than your circumstances. You have to fight. You have to put in double the effort if your dreams mean that much to you. You can’t just sit back and complain. You have to infuse your life with action and stop making excuses.

Infuse your life with action. Don’t wait for it to happen.
Make it happen. Make your own future.
Make your own hope. Make your own love.
And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen… yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.

~ Bradley Whitford

Start with your thoughts and it will begin to influence your actions.
Persevere with your actions and it will produce great fruits of habits.
Harvest a few great habits and it will, for certain, yield you an extraordinary destiny.
You have the power, you just need to use it.

And please, just, please stop with your excuses.
Fortune really does favor the bold.
What’s your excuse today?
